The Nursery first opened on the 4^th of December 1989 with 1 child and 3 staff members!

We have successfully progressed and expanded to the 96 places we are today, employing a dedicated team of nursery professionals.

We operate from a converted Victorian house, with three separate outdoor play areas, and have access to a local woodland area for Forest School sessions.

There is a large car park for the use of parents and an undercover pushchair park.

The Firs Day Nursery is divided into three separate areas

0-18 months

Sea-shore
18 months – 2 years

Rain forest Room
2– 3 years

Wise Owls pre-school
3-4 years
